We ship within Australia and to selected countries overseas, including New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

- Open edition prints: $25, or free over $120
- Gift cards: from $5 depending on quantity, or free over $120
- Mobile phone cases: $8, or free over $120
- Art scarves: $25, or free over $120
- Water bottles: flat rate, shown at checkout
If you order several canvases, the shipping cost increases to cover each one, and the total is shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is a flat rate by region, shown at checkout before you pay.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
In-stock items (open edition prints, gift cards, art scarves and water bottles):
- Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days
- Australia: 5 to 14 business days
- International: 20 to 30 business days
Printed-to-order items (limited edition prints and canvas editions):
- Dispatched within 7 to 14 business days
- Australia: 10 to 20 business days (up to 25 for Tasmania and the Northern Territory)
- International: 14 to 30 business days
Personalised mobile phone cases (made to order):
- Dispatched within 7 to 14 business days
- Australia: 12 to 22 business days
- International: 25 to 35 business days
Order cut-off for in-stock items: orders placed Sunday to Tuesday ship on Thursday, and orders placed Wednesday to Saturday ship the following Monday.
Delivery can take a few days longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
CANVAS EDITIONS
Canvas editions are printed to order and sent directly from production. Australian canvas editions are personally signed by the artist before dispatch. International canvas editions carry the artist's printed signature and arrive with a signed certificate of authenticity, which is posted to you separately.
PACKAGING AND TRACKING
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in rigid envelopes or postal tubes. Art scarves are packed in a gift box with a card. Gift cards and mobile phone cases are sent by standard letter post, which is not tracked. Parcels are sent with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is on its way, wherever the postal service provides tracking. Economy international parcels may show limited tracking updates.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Original paintings are shipped individually, and shipping is quoted before purchase, so please contact us to arrange it. Extra-large originals within Australia may be sent framed as one sculptural artwork. For overseas orders, they are removed from the stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube to prevent damage and reduce shipping costs. Your local framer can re-stretch the work at a reasonable price, and this is noted in each painting's description.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are set by your local customs authority.
