Beyond Horizons ~ Surreal Rainbow and Shell Limited Edition Art Print
Hand-Signed, Limited Collector Canvas & Studio Editions
Oil Painting on Canvas. 91cm x 76cm, 2024.

Artwork description

Beyond Horizons is a limited edition surreal rainbow and shell art print by Australian artist Carmen Delprat, reproduced from her original 2024 oil painting. It explores the quiet meeting point between observation and imagination, a suspended moment where colour, form and atmosphere dissolve into one another.

A soft rainbow arc moves across the composition, introducing a subtle passage of colour within the landscape. Rather than acting as a literal symbol, it functions as a visual bridge between elements of the painting, creating a sense of depth and transition.

A spiral shell form rests within the composition, introducing rhythmic continuity and natural structure. The background is inspired by Dudley Beach, incorporating driftwood forms photographed and reinterpreted within the painting, preserving their organic texture and transient presence.

A crow and shell are placed within the scene, balancing stillness and movement across the composition. Soft curves and layered colour fields in celeste blue, golden yellow and deep crimson create tonal harmony and atmospheric warmth.

Beyond Horizons is designed for interiors seeking atmospheric depth, balance and contemplative presence, a work intended to unfold slowly within living spaces.
