Eligibility for Returns:

Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or credit.

Condition: Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Return Shipping: You will need to bear the cost of return shipping. Please retain your receipt of postage as proof. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance before returning it.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your request. Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to be processed. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return and refund.
Refunds:

Exchanges:

Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To exchange for the same item, please email us at carmen@carmendelpratart.com.
Sale Items:

Refund Policy: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
