Return Policy
At Carmen Delprat Art, each artwork is created and handled with the utmost care. Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final unless an item is damaged in transit.
Your satisfaction is important, and the following outlines our policy.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email carmen@carmendelpratart.com with:

Your full name

Invoice number
-
Clear photographs of the damage (including packaging)

Please retain all original packaging materials, as these may be required for insurance purposes.
We will work with you promptly to arrange a resolution, which may include repair, replacement (where possible), or refund.
Returns (Undamaged Works)
As original artworks are unique pieces, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
However, in exceptional circumstances, a request for exchange or credit may be considered within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
If approved:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping, insurance, and handling costs are the responsibility of the client.

The work must be received in resale condition before any credit is issued.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved (e.g., damaged works confirmed upon inspection):

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in cases of confirmed damage or defect.
