Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns& Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online order purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or credit: All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice.


I will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is damaged in anyway or you have initiated the return after the 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and please keep your receipt of proof of postage. If a product arrives damaged in transit please contact me immediately for further assistance. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, please feel free to contact me at carmen@carmendelpratartcom.

Returns can take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed, I will send you a notification email. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number. Please indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or credit. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to


  • All products must be returned in original condition and package.

  • The receipt is required as proof of purchase for all exchanges or returns.

  • Damaged items may be exchanged or returned for a refund upon presentation. of your receipt, provided your artwork has not been un-wrapped.
