If you're using a mobile device, you may need a file management app to extract the file, best extracted on desktop. Save to photos.

Set as Wallpaper (Mobile):

On you mobile phone, navigate to the extract image you want to use as your screensaver and open it. Tap and hold on the image, then select "Set as Wallpaper" or "Use as Wallpaper" option. Follow the on-screen prompts to adjust the wallpaper settings and set it as your screensaver. Pinch the image to expand or shrink the size.
